This is a Valentino Boutique vintage black wool ribbed coat dress with black velvet trim. The dress has flap pockets and a short black velvet collar with a thin placket that covers the center opening zipper. The shoulders of the coat are structured with shoulder pads and there are faux button closures on the cuffs of the sleeves.

This beautifully made Valentino dress is fully lined and labeled size 8. We estimate this would best fit a modern day US size 8 as well. We encourage our customers to always use measurements instead of size numbers to determine fit online.
